Two-Part Epoxy Paste for Repairs
The PC-7 epoxy paste is a two-component adhesive that bonds, seals and fills in a single product. It suits DIYers, maintenance crews and trade professionals who need one material for fiberglass, wood, concrete, metals, brick, glass, ceramic and rubber. The dark-grey paste comes in a 2 oz pack ready for indoor or outdoor jobs. It is non-toxic and non-conductive once fully cured.
Temperature Range and Working Time
Application is possible between 35 and 115 degrees F, and the cured joint withstands service temperatures from -20 to +200 degrees F. At 70 degrees F the mixture remains workable for up to 60 minutes before it begins to set. Full cure for service occurs overnight, with exact timing dependent on temperature, humidity and the size of the application.
Post-Cure Versatility
After maximum cure the epoxy can be painted, stained or machined to match surrounding surfaces. It resists mild acids, caustics, detergents, gasoline, fuel oil and both fresh and salt water. These properties let the same material seal tank leaks, repair plumbing and masonry cracks, and fill holes, castings or moulds without needing separate products.

Questions about this item
How do I mix and apply the two-part PC-7 epoxy paste, and what is the common mistake?
Mix equal parts of resin and hardener until the dark grey colour is uniform, then apply within 60 minutes at 70 °F. The frequent error is stopping the mix too early, leaving streaks that never cure.
Will the cured epoxy need any maintenance or replacement over time?
Once fully cured, the bond resists mild acids, caustics, detergents, gasoline, fuel oil and fresh or salt water from -20 °F to 200 °F. It can be painted, stained or machined, and no scheduled replacement is required.
What is the first limitation I will hit during continuous heavy-duty use?
The service temperature ceiling of 200 °F is the first hard limit; above that the epoxy can soften and lose structural strength even though it resists chemicals and water.
