White Lycra Truss Cover Sleeve

The ProX XTC-SQ820TS-W is a white Lycra sleeve that slips over 12 inch quad box truss segments. It provides a smooth, finished appearance for event and stage setups. The stretchable fabric fits any 12 inch box truss regardless of manufacturer. Event professionals can add lighting inside or outside the cover to create visual effects for weddings, corporate functions or product launches.

Sustained use and care

The 90 percent polyester and 10 percent spandex blend conforms to truss edges without wrinkling during extended installations. When a segment is shorter than the 8.20 foot length, the excess material simply rolls under for a clean fit. After an event the sleeve is machine washable and air drying is recommended to return it to pristine condition. The fabric retains its stretch so it fits like a glove every time.

Build and daily handling

A ProX zip-up carry bag is included for transport and storage between jobs. The pullover design allows quick installation by a single technician without tools. The Lycra material resists creasing so the truss looks uniform straight from the bag. Its white surface reflects ambient light or projected colours evenly across the 2.50 metre span.

Questions about this item

How much heat does the 90 % polyester / 10 % spandex Lycra sleeve trap when lights run inside the truss all day?

The stretch fabric is breathable and designed for stage use; it does not seal the truss, so heat from internal fixtures can escape through the open ends and the mesh-like weave.

What truss must I already own for the 8.20 ft white sleeve to fit?

Any 12-inch quad box truss segment, regardless of manufacturer, that measures 8.20 ft or 2.50 m in length.

Will the sleeve work on older 10-inch box truss I keep in inventory?

No — the cover is cut for 12-inch quad box truss only and will not fit 10-inch sections.
