Three-Pack Roller Covers for Interior Surfaces

This three-pack of Purdy roller covers is designed for painters and DIYers who need consistent results on walls and ceilings. Each cover fits a standard cage-style frame and uses a polyester sleeve on a polypropylene core. The semi-smooth nap works with both oil-based and water-based paints.

Upgrade from Economy Single-Pack Covers

Switching to this multi-pack replaces low-cost single covers that shed lint or wear out halfway through a room. The jump is worth it when you are rolling multiple coats across drywall or previously painted concrete and want even film build without frequent cover changes.

Capacity for Medium-Sized Rooms

Three 9-inch covers with a 3/8-inch nap comfortably handle several gallons of flat, eggshell or satin paint on semi-smooth drywall or concrete. They run out when the surface is heavily textured or when a thicker nap is required to reach into deep crevices.

Questions about this item

What roller frame style and core diameter do these covers fit?

They fit a cage-style frame and have a 1 1/2 in core diameter.

How do I install them on the frame, and what step is often missed?

Slide each cover onto the cage frame until it seats fully on the core; the step often missed is pushing it all the way so it does not wobble.

When will I need to replace these covers?

Replace them when the polyester nap wears down, sheds fibres, or no longer holds paint evenly.
