All-in-one time clock and document stamp

The Pyramid Time Systems 3500ss combines a punch clock with a document stamp for small-business timekeeping. It tracks employee start, break, lunch and finish times on weekly cards or stamps invoices and legal paperwork with 14 pre-programmed messages in three languages. Automatic adjustment handles short months, leap years and Daylight Saving Time. An internal battery protects data and settings for up to seven days without power.

Side-loading feed and flexible mounting

A side-loading card and document feed accepts left or right-hand orientation and an alignment guide ensures accurate punches. The unit mounts on a wall or sits on a desktop, so it fits existing workspaces without extra hardware. The package includes the clock, 25 time cards, one ink ribbon cartridge and two security keys for controlled access.

Weekly card capacity and message limits

The system prints date and time in AM/PM or military format on the supplied weekly time cards, supporting routine payroll and job-cost tracking. It is limited to the 14 built-in messages and the included card format, so operations needing custom print layouts or higher-volume card throughput will require a different solution.
