Purpose-built 1U kit for FortiGate 50G

This 1U rack-mount kit is engineered specifically for Fortinet FortiGate 50G series appliances. It targets network administrators and IT professionals who need to integrate these security devices into a standard 19" server rack with a clean, professional installation.

Front-facing port repositioning

The defining specification is the relocation of all rear-facing connections to the front panel. This design creates a streamlined cable layout that is essential for tight rack spaces where rear access is limited or impractical.

Fits 19" racks with included hardware

The kit mounts directly into a standard 19" rack using the supplied mounting hardware and securely retains both the appliance and its power supply. Punch-outs for antennas and a custom keystone are provided, while airflow cut-outs preserve the unit's thermal performance without requiring additional cooling measures.

Questions about this item

What does the 1U height mean for rack space?

It occupies a single rack unit in a standard 19-inch rack, leaving room above and below for other equipment.

How does the front-facing connection design change the installation?

All rear ports on the FortiGate 50G are rerouted to the front panel, so cables run forward instead of backward into tight rear clearance.

What mounting hardware and cut-outs are included for the FortiGate 50G?

The kit supplies mounting brackets, screws, antenna punch-outs and a custom keystone opening for a precise, secure fit.
