A 2.5" SATA internal SSD with 512GB capacity, up to 560 MBps read and 530 MBps write speeds using 3D NAND
Capacity 512GB
The Rahonix RS-512 is a 2.5 inch internal solid state drive built for everyday desktop and notebook upgrades. It uses 3D NAND flash and a SATA III interface to replace mechanical hard drives with faster boot and load times.
With 512GB of storage the drive holds an operating system, core applications and a working media library. Sequential reads reach up to 560 MBps and writes up to 530 MBps, while the 240TB TBW rating and 1,000,000 hour MTBF indicate ample endurance for typical consumer workloads.
The 7mm high 2.5 inch form factor fits standard drive bays and most laptop caddies without adapters. A 22 pin SATA data and power connector provides broad compatibility, and the drive operates from 0°C to 70°C with idle power of 0.4W and active power of 1.87W.

Other versions of this model
Yes, the SATA III interface is backward compatible with SATA II ports; the drive will operate at the slower SATA II speeds.
Run a benchmark tool such as CrystalDiskMark or AS SSD Benchmark and compare the sequential results to the 560 MB/s read and 530 MB/s write figures.
The box contains only the 2.5" SSD; a SATA data cable, power cable and any 3.5" adapter bracket must be purchased separately.
