Portable Solar Power Kit

This 66-watt solar power kit delivers up to 400 watts of AC power for off-grid locations. It includes three 22-watt panels and an inverter to convert 12-volt battery energy into household current. The system suits cottage owners, RV travellers and anyone needing emergency backup power. A single person can complete the fast setup in under an hour.

Weatherproof Durability

Panels feature a sturdy aluminium frame and toughened glass rated for temperatures from -40 to 175°F. They are completely weatherproofed for permanent outdoor installation. A built-in blocking diode prevents battery drain from reverse current during low light. No noise or fuel consumption occurs during normal operation.

AC Output Capacity

The integrated inverter supplies a maximum of 400 watts of AC power from the 66-watt solar array. This output level determines which household appliances can be run simultaneously. Buyers needing to operate high-draw devices such as heaters or large power tools should verify the wattage requirement first. A 12-volt deep-cycle battery is required but not included.

Questions about this item

How do I install the three 22 Watt panels and inverter, and what step is often missed?

Mount the panels on the tilting stand, angle them toward the sun, wire them to a 12-Volt deep cycle battery (not included), then connect the inverter; the step often missed is installing the battery before wiring the panels.

What maintenance or replacement will the kit need over time?

The panels are weatherproof with toughened glass and aluminium frames, so only occasional cleaning is required; the deep cycle battery (not included) will eventually need replacement as it ages.

What limit appears first when the system runs continuously under load?

The inverter supplies up to 400-Watt AC, so sustained loads above that will trip its protection before the 66-Watt panel array or battery becomes the bottleneck.
