8-Channel 2TB NVR Kit

This Reolink RLK8-800PT4 kit bundles an 8-channel network video recorder with a pre-installed 2TB hard drive and four PoE PT cameras. It targets homeowners and small businesses wanting continuous 4K recording with pan-tilt coverage and smart detection that distinguishes people, vehicles and animals.

PoE cabling and display checks

Verify you can run a single Ethernet cable up to 330 feet from each camera location back to the NVR. Ensure your monitor or TV accepts HDMI input at 3840x2160 or 1920x1080, or VGA input at 1920x1080, so the recorder can output its highest supported resolutions.

Sustained 24/7 recording load

The system writes 8-megapixel streams at 25 frames per second around the clock, so the 2TB drive fills steadily rather than in short bursts. Continuous PoE power draw of 48 to 53 volts across all connected cameras and the NVR itself means the power supply runs constantly under full load rather than cycling on and off.
