Pre-cut parchment for standard sheets

These 12 x 16 inch parchment sheets arrive pre-cut to fit a standard cookie sheet without curling. The pack contains 44 sheets divided into two 22-count packs for convenient storage. The non-stick surface lets baked goods slide off cleanly. They are intended for home bakers who want consistent results without cutting parchment from a roll.

Oven-safe limit and reuse count

Each sheet is rated for use up to 425 degrees Fahrenheit in a conventional oven. The manufacturer states the parchment can be reused up to three times per baking session. Higher temperatures or longer reuse are not supported by the supplied data. Users who need parchment for broiling or temperatures above this limit should look elsewhere.

Flat layout and grid-assisted spacing

Sheets lay flat immediately, so no flattening or trimming is required before placing dough. SmartGrid lines printed at 1- and 2-inch intervals help space portions evenly without a ruler. The sheets measure 1.5 x 6.25 x 8.25 inches in the package and weigh 65 lbs per selling unit. No special tools or preparation steps are needed.
