Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil 12 Inch 50 Sq Ft

What this foil does

Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil is a 12 inch wide roll providing 50 square feet of coverage. The extra-thick material handles high-heat cooking, grilling and freezer storage without tearing. Home cooks and backyard grillers who need reliable wrap for large roasts or messy grill sessions will find the length sufficient for multiple uses.

Practical limits of the roll

The 12 inch width covers standard baking sheets and grill grates but will not span extra-wide pans in a single sheet. Heavy-duty thickness resists punctures from bones and grill bars better than standard foil, yet it still conducts heat directly so delicate items may overcook if wrapped too tightly. The 50 foot length equals roughly 50 individual 12 inch sheets before a new roll is needed.

Installation and common issues

Pull the required length, tear against the built-in cutter, and press the Easy Open and Stay Closed tab to seal the box for drawer storage. The tab mechanism keeps the roll from unspooling, though forcing the lid shut with foil protruding can jam the cutter. Creasing the foil sharply around sharp bone edges sometimes causes micro-tears that leak juices during long roasts.
