360° conference camera for small rooms

The Ricoh Meeting 360 captures a full 360-degree view of a meeting space and uses AI-powered active speaker focus to highlight whoever is talking. Omnidirectional microphones pick up voices from up to 20 feet away. It is designed for huddle rooms and small conference areas where every participant needs to be seen and heard clearly.

Single USB-C connection limits cable reach

The device draws power and data through one USB-C cable with no separate AC adapter, so the host computer must be within the cable's length of the unit. This plug-and-play design works with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet and Cisco Webex without driver installation, but it offers no wireless or network-based connectivity options for longer runs.

Portable build suits flexible layouts

A compact, all-in-one housing combines the camera, microphones and speakers into a single unit that can be moved between rooms and set up in seconds. The integrated stand provides stable placement on a table, while the single-cable connection reduces clutter. There are no mounting brackets or ceiling hardware included for permanent installation.
