Premium bundle document scanner

The Ricoh ScanSnap iX2500 Premium Bundle is a sheetfed scanner built for offices and home workspaces that need fast, double-sided digitisation. Its 100-page automatic document feeder handles mixed batches of documents, business cards, photos and long receipts using the included receipt guide. Wi-Fi 6 and USB 3.2 connectivity let you place the unit wherever power and network reach.

45 double-sided sheets per minute

The decisive specification is the duplex throughput of 45 sheets per minute, which determines whether the scanner keeps pace with your daily volume. Ultrasonic double-feed detection reduces misfeeds without slowing the job. If your workload regularly exceeds this rate or demands higher-resolution archival scanning, a faster production scanner would be required.

Touchscreen and direct connect modes

The 5-inch LCD touchscreen replaces computer-driven menus with on-device job selection, while Router Connect and Direct Connect modes let users scan to cloud folders or mobile devices without a PC. The bundled receipt guide extends the feeder to capture long receipts in a single pass. Buyers who need network authentication or advanced OCR licensing will have to add those separately.

The automatic document feeder holds up to 100 sheets and includes an attachable receipt guide for long documents, business cards and photos.
