Right-handed palm-grip gaming mouse

The ROCCAT Kone EMP ROC-11-812-AM is a wired optical mouse built for right-handed users who prefer a palm grip. Its 12000 dpi Owl-Eye sensor delivers 1:1 tracking accuracy for competitive play. The seven programmable buttons and 4D Titan wheel give extensive control in-game.

USB port and software requirements

Verify that your system has a free USB port for the wired connection. The ROCCAT Swarm software unlocks button remapping, Easy-Shift[+] secondary functions and the 16.8M colour illumination profiles. Ensure your operating system is supported by the current Swarm release before purchase.

Lightweight ergonomic shell and durable wheel

Weighing 116 g, the ergonomic shell is lighter than the previous model while keeping a robust feel for long sessions. The premium 4D Titan wheel uses advanced tilting technology for four-direction input. Two configurable LED stripes run along the body for per-game lighting themes.

Questions about this item

Does the ROCCAT Kone EMP ROC-11-812-AM include any extra weights or do I need to buy them separately?

The mouse weighs 116 g and has no removable weight system, so nothing extra is required.

Should I choose the 12000 DPI version or is there a lower-DPI model of the Kone EMP?

This model is the 12000 DPI version; the Owl-Eye sensor scales down in software to any lower sensitivity you prefer.

How does the 12000 DPI Owl-Eye sensor behave in a real game?

It tracks 1:1 on screen with zero acceleration, and the 4D Titan wheel adds four-direction scrolling for in-game actions.
