Marine receiver for 3" gauge openings

The Rockford Fosgate PMX-2 is a digital media receiver designed to fit a standard 3-inch gauge opening. It provides AM/FM and Weather Band tuning plus Bluetooth audio streaming from a smartphone. The unit does not play CDs and its Bluetooth connection does not support phone calls.

Suits open-cockpit boats needing a compact source

This receiver suits owners who want a small, water-resistant head unit with a 2.7-inch colour display and four-channel amplification. It is not for buyers who need CD playback, hands-free calling or a larger touchscreen interface for chartplotter integration.

Shallow chassis eases dash installation

The compact chassis slides into an existing 3-inch gauge cutout, and the package includes a USB port, 2-volt preamp outputs and compatibility with optional wired remotes. The IPX6-rated front panel resists heavy spray, but the rear of the unit still requires a dry mounting location.
