1/2" Adhesive Cork Pads

Rocky Mountain Goods RMG-1/2CPADS are self-adhesive cork pads designed to protect surfaces from scratches and reduce noise. Each pad measures 1/2 inch in diameter with a 1/16 inch thickness for a low-profile fit. The pack contains 24 brown pads with a satin brass and brown finish. Cork material is eco-friendly and does not squeak on glass or glossy surfaces.

Home and office surface protection

These pads suit anyone needing to protect furniture, cabinets, doors, electronics, coasters, vases or lamps from scratching and impact noise. The small diameter allows placement in tight spaces while the cork cushion absorbs contact. Buyers who need larger diameter pads or thicker cushioning for heavy items should look at alternative sizes.

24-count pack for multiple applications

The 24 pads provide enough pieces for several pieces of furniture or multiple small objects around the home or office. They comfortably handle light to medium contact on cabinet doors, tabletop accessories and electronic devices. The thin 1/16 inch profile limits cushioning depth for heavy impacts or uneven surfaces where more compression is required.

Questions about this item

What surface must be clean and dry before sticking on the 1/2-inch cork pads?

The cabinet door, tabletop, coaster base or any other smooth surface you are protecting should be free of dust, oil and moisture so the adhesive bonds securely.

Will the 1/16-inch thickness keep a glass vase level on a slightly uneven shelf?

Yes, the thin cork layer compresses just enough to compensate for minor high spots while staying low-profile under the vase.

How can I confirm the pads are doing their job after I apply them?

Close the cabinet door or set the item down — there should be no click or squeak and the protected surface should show no new marks.
