Two-microphone podcast bundle

This pack includes two PodMic dynamic microphones, a broadcast arm, headphones and an XLR cable. It is aimed at podcasters and streamers who want a ready-to-record setup without sourcing each piece separately. The cardioid pattern rejects off-axis sound, making it suitable for untreated rooms.

Broadcast-grade dynamic response

Each microphone covers 50 Hz to 13 kHz with a sensitivity of -57.0 dB re 1 Volt/Pascal (1.60 mV @ 94 dB SPL) and 3200 output impedance. The internal pop filter tames plosives while the shockmount reduces low-frequency rumble. No phantom power is required, so any quality XLR interface will drive them cleanly.

Desk-mounted operation

The included broadcast arm positions both microphones at a comfortable speaking height and keeps the capsules steady. Dynamic capsules generate minimal self-noise and handle high SPL without distortion. Total packaged weight is 33 oz (937 g), so the arm remains stable on standard desks.

Questions about this item

Will the PodMic's XLR output and 3200 impedance work with my existing audio interface?

Yes, the PodMic uses a standard XLR connection and 3200 output impedance, compatible with any high-quality microphone interface providing sufficient gain for its -57.0dB sensitivity.

How can I verify the PodMic is performing correctly after connecting it?

Check for a rich, balanced vocal tone with minimal plosives thanks to the internal pop filter, and ensure no vibration noise is present due to the internal shockmounting.

Does this 2-pack include XLR cables or do I need to buy them separately?

The bundle includes two PodMic microphones, a broadcast arm, headphones, and a cable; additional XLR cables for each microphone must be purchased separately.
