Replacement cylinder pump for Rolair compressors

This single-stage cylinder replacement pump fits Rolair air compressors and runs at 1,000 RPM with a 10 1/8 in flywheel. It delivers up to 0.75 hp and provides free air flow of 1.3 or 1.85 cfm at 145 psi. The unit is built from aluminum and cast iron with a stainless-steel reed valve and splash lubrication.

Fits existing Rolair compressor frames

The pump bolts onto compatible Rolair compressor frames using the existing mounting pattern and CCW rotation. Its A-section single-groove flywheel accepts a standard V-belt from the motor. Replacing only the cylinder pump restores compression without swapping the tank, motor or pressure switch.

Splash-lubricated design runs at 1,000 RPM

The splash lubrication system requires periodic oil checks but eliminates an external oil pump.
