Lighted length and spacing

This set provides 100 clear LED lamps on brown wire with an 18 foot lighted span and 20 foot total cord length. Bulbs are spaced 2.2 inches apart along the lighted portion. The string connects to a standard 120 volt outlet and draws 40.8 watts. UL approval covers both indoor and outdoor use.

Suited for continuous runs up to five sets

The male-to-first-bulb lead measures 18 inches and the tail from the last bulb to the female connector measures 6 inches, allowing end-to-end linking of up to five identical strings. Builders who need longer uninterrupted runs without additional power sources should consider other options. The brown cord blends with wooden structures such as pergolas and deck frames.

18 foot lighted length per string

Each string delivers 18 feet of illuminated wire, which determines how many sets a project requires. Measure the target area and divide by 18 to estimate the quantity needed for full coverage.

Questions about this item

How much power do the 100 LED bulbs draw when the 18 ft string runs all day?

The set is rated at 40.8 watts on a 120 volt circuit, so it adds very little to a daily electricity bill.

What power source is required before I can plug the 20 ft total length in?

A standard North American 120 V AC wall outlet; the male plug connects directly with no transformer or battery pack needed.

Can I link this 100-light set end-to-end with the older incandescent strings I already own?

The manufacturer only guarantees safe chaining of up to five identical 100-count LED strings; mixing with incandescent sets is not supported.
