2 Inch Tape Gun Dispenser for Packing

The Royal 22-8 is a manual tape dispenser built from painted metal for heavy-duty packing and sealing of boxes, cartons and packages. Its ergonomic shape is designed for comfortable use during repetitive sealing tasks. The tool accepts tape up to 5 mm thick and is sold as a single unit without tape included.

Check tape width and thickness before ordering

This dispenser fits rolls that are 2 inches wide and up to 5 mm thick, whether regular or heavy-duty tape. Verify that your existing tape rolls match both the width and the maximum thickness limit. The side-loading mechanism requires enough clearance to swing the gate open for reloading.

Metal body with two rollers and spare blade

The all-metal construction adds weight that helps keep the tape feed steady during use. Two rollers maintain smooth tension even as the roll nears its end. A sharp stainless-steel cutting blade is fitted and one replacement blade is supplied in the box.

Questions about this item

Does the dispenser come with tape rolls or must they be purchased separately?

Tape is not included; the gun fits 2-inch wide rolls up to 5 mm thick, so you buy compatible tape separately.

Which colour and tape-width version of the Royal 22-8 should I select?

This model is the blue 2-inch version; other colours or a 3-inch width are different SKUs.

How does the two-roller system help when the roll is nearly empty?

Dual rollers keep the tape feeding smoothly even at the end of the roll, reducing tears and re-threading.
