Dual-band 802.11ac Wave 2 access point with BeamFlex+ adaptive antennas, 160 MHz channelization, 2500 Mbps PoE port and USB for IoT, supporting up to 500 clients
The ZoneFlex R710 is a new dual-band concurrent 4x4 802.11ac Wave 2 access point designed for high density indoor applications. It operates on 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands with MU-MIMO support. The unit includes one 10/100/1000 Ethernet port, one 100/1000/2500 Ethernet port with PoE support, and a USB port for IoT integration. Mount and power adapter are sold separately.
Replaces older single-band or non-MU-MIMO access points that cannot handle dense client loads. The jump is worth it when environments require up to 500 concurrent clients with 802.1X RADIUS authentication and multicast IP video streaming. BeamFlex+ adaptive antennas provide up to 15 dB interference mitigation for ultra-reliable mobile connectivity.
Maintains performance under continuous heavy client loads using 160 MHz and 80+80 MHz channelization. The dual Ethernet ports support 802.3af and 802.3at PoE for flexible power delivery. Signal-to-interference gains up to 5 dB ensure stable throughput during prolonged peak usage rather than brief bursts.

Reproduced word for word from the maker or refurbisher: notices like these are not ours to rephrase.
No mount is included with the R710; the correct Ruckus mounting bracket for the ceiling or wall type must be purchased separately.
Connect the 100/1000/2500 Ethernet port to an 802.3af or 802.3at PoE source; the step often missed is verifying the switch port budget meets the AP's full power draw.
Apply firmware updates from the Ruckus controller to maintain security patches and feature compatibility; the hardware itself has no user-serviceable parts or scheduled replacement items.
