Rug pad for carpets and drawers

The Ruisita RS1818 is a grey PVC roll that measures 30 cm wide by 200 cm long, covering 6000 cm². It provides a non-slip surface for area rugs, shelves, drawers and vehicle interiors. The material is non-toxic, odourless and can be trimmed to any shape required.

Waterproof grip with low upkeep

The mat is waterproof, shock-proof and washable, so spills or moisture do not degrade its grip. A simple wipe with a damp cloth restores the surface, and the uniform mesh resists wear through daily foot traffic or cabinet use.

Cut-to-fit versatility for flat surfaces

Each roll can be cut into custom pieces, letting buyers line awkward cabinet corners or car boot floors without waste. It is not an adhesive-backed liner, so it cannot bond permanently to textured or uneven substrates.

Questions about this item

How do I install the 30 cm wide roll and what step is often missed?

Unroll the PVC pad, cut it to the needed shape with scissors, then place the mesh side against the floor and the smooth side under the rug or liner; the step people miss is wiping both surfaces clean first so the grip works immediately.

What maintenance will the RS1818 pad need over time?

Simply wipe the pad with a damp cloth whenever dust or spills build up; the PVC material is washable and reusable, so no special cleaners or treatments are required.

What limit appears first when the pad is used continuously in a hot car trunk?

The manufacturer warns to avoid exposure to high heat, so sustained temperatures above normal interior levels can degrade the PVC before wear or slip resistance becomes an issue.
