Rust-Oleum Zinsser 60004 Clear Binding Primer 1 qt

Zinsser 60004 Clear Binding Primer

Zinsser 60004 is a clear, water-based vinyl acrylic copolymer primer designed to bind chalky or peeling surfaces. It suits interior and exterior projects on wood, metal, and masonry where a satin finish is required. Application is possible by brush, roller, or spray.

Suited for renovation prep, not finish coats

This primer serves painters and renovators who need to stabilise problematic substrates before top-coating. It is not a finish paint, so buyers seeking a final decorative colour or a high-build surface filler should select a different product.

1 qt container covers 300 to 400 sq ft per gallon

The quart size delivers a coverage rate of 300 to 400 square feet per gallon on prepared surfaces. Dry time to recoat is two hours, with a tack-free stage at one hour, allowing same-day top-coating in most conditions.
