Delivers power to the CPU module VRM in compatible Gen5 servers
This new internal power cable carries part number 407748-001 and replaces HP reference 399854-001. It delivers voltage-regulator-module power to the processor board in supported ProLiant servers. The assembly is built to original specifications for reliable operation in data-centre environments.
The cable fits only the listed Gen5 models; it will not connect to earlier G4 chassis or later G6 and newer platforms. Buyers maintaining different server generations must source the correct part for those systems.
