A 12 V, 4-pin CPU cooling fan with five blades and variable speed fits the DL360 Gen9 server
This 12 V cooling fan assembly fits the DL360 Gen9 server chassis. It operates at speeds between 200 and 1500 rpm using a 4-pin power interface. The module uses five blades to move air through the system. It replaces part numbers 750688-001, 792852-001 and 775415-001.
Install this unit when the original factory fan becomes noisy, runs at reduced speed or fails completely. The jump is worth it when server thermal alerts appear or when preventive maintenance schedules call for fan replacement. It restores the designed airflow path for the CPU socket area.
This assembly connects only to the specific 4-pin fan header on the DL360 Gen9 system board. It cannot be adapted to 3-pin headers or standard desktop PWM headers without a separate converter. The fixed blade count and speed range are calibrated for that platform's thermal profile.

The assembly is built for the DL360 Gen9 chassis and aligns with the factory CPU-fan mounting holes — no adapter bracket is required.
Press the 4-pin plug straight onto the motherboard header until the latch clicks; angling the connector bends pins and causes a no-post fault.
Replace it when bearing noise appears, speed falls below the 200 rpm floor under load, or the iLO logs a fan-fault alert.
