Connects the hard-drive backplane to the power supply in DL380 and DL388 G9 servers using part numbers 747560-001 and 784622-001
This new internal power cable connects the hard-drive backplane in HPE ProLiant DL380 G9 and DL388 G9 servers. It carries supply lines from the power subsystem to the drive cage and supports expansion-card power routing. Part numbers 747560-001 and 784622-001 identify the exact assembly.
Under continuous operation the cable delivers stable current to all attached drives without voltage droop. Insulation and conductor gauge are rated for the server’s normal thermal envelope. It is not suited for builds that need longer reach or higher pin-count connectors than the original design provides.

This cable only carries power to the backplane; it adds no measurable draw of its own.
The cable plugs into the standard DL380/DL388 G9 hard-drive backplane power header.
