Ruth's sister DPS-300AB-81B 300W 20-pin internal power cable

SKU CH-554M-6SK67

A 300 W internal power cable with a 20-pin connector and eight SATA ports for video recorder and server use

  • Reliable 300W output for server workloads
  • Active PFC improves power efficiency across 100-265V input
  • Eight SATA connectors support multiple storage drives
  • Single 20-pin interface simplifies internal cabling
  • Compact 12.5*6.4*10CM form factor fits tight chassis

Purpose and audience

This 300 W internal power supply uses a single 20-pin connector plus a 4-pin auxiliary plug to feed PoE video recorders and compact servers. It suits installers who need a non-modular unit with eight SATA outputs for multiple drive bays.

Build integration

Active PFC accepts 100-265 V input without a voltage switch, simplifying deployment across regions. The fixed cable loom includes eight SATA connectors, freeing the builder from sourcing extra splitters for storage arrays.

Sustained-load behaviour

Rated for 251-300 W continuous output, the unit delivers -53 V and +12 V rails required by PoE recorder backplanes. The 12.5 × 6.4 × 10 cm chassis fits tight server bays while maintaining stable voltage during long recording sessions.

Questions about this item

How many SATA drives can the 8 onboard SATA connectors support simultaneously?

The unit provides 8 SATA power connectors, each able to supply one drive, so up to eight SATA devices can be powered at once.

What heat or noise level should I expect when the supply runs continuously at its 251–300 W rating?

Active PFC and a switching design keep efficiency high, reducing waste heat, while the integrated fan spins only as fast as needed to maintain safe temperatures under full load.

Which motherboard power connector must my board already have for this 20-pin unit to fit?

Your motherboard needs a 20-pin main power socket; the cable includes a single 20-pin connector plus a 4-pin auxiliary plug for CPU power.
