Compact 250W Flex ATX supply

This 250 watt Flex ATX unit fits 1U chassis and delivers 80 Plus Bronze efficiency with active PFC. It targets builders assembling slim desktops or industrial systems that need a standard ATX pin-out in a TFX12V form factor. The non-modular cable set includes a 20/24 pin motherboard connector, a 4 pin 12 volt plug, three Molex peripherals, one floppy lead and two SATA power connectors.

Bronze efficiency at typical loads

The 80 Plus Bronze rating guarantees at least 80 percent efficiency at 20, 50 and 100 percent of rated load with a power factor of 0.9 or greater at full load. Active power factor correction and auto-sensing 100 to 240 volt input allow worldwide operation without a voltage switch. Hold-up time exceeds 14 milliseconds at full load and mean time between failures is rated at 100,000 hours.

Replaces older low-efficiency TFX units

Swapping a legacy TFX supply that lacks 80 Plus certification cuts waste heat and lowers electricity draw at the same 250 watt ceiling. The upgrade is worthwhile when the existing unit cannot maintain stable +12 volt output under load or when the system requires the full complement of SATA and Molex leads for multiple drives.
