Questions about this item

How do I choose between the H777 headset and other compatible models?

The H777 is the specific model this cable connects to; it plugs into the Kenwood-style two-pin jack used by the H777, UV-5R and listed radios.

What does the H777 designation mean once the cable is fitted to my radio?

It confirms the cable wiring matches the H777 pin-out so the PTT button and dual-channel microphone work without an adapter.
