  • Compatible with R910 server and desktop shrouds

12V 3A Server Cooling Fan

This 12V 3A server-grade cooling fan carries model numbers H894R and 0H894R. It is built for the R910 server platform and includes a cool shroud identified as J514V. The unit is supplied new and functions as a small heatsink for internal airflow.

Best for R910 maintenance, not for other systems

Technicians servicing R910 hardware can use this direct replacement. Builders working on different server models or desktop cases should look elsewhere because the mounting and connector layout are specific to the R910 platform.

Questions about this item

Will the 12V 3A fan connector fit the motherboard header on my older R910 server?

The cable uses a standard 12V 3A connector compatible with the R910 server fan header, so it should plug directly into the existing motherboard socket.

How can I confirm the H894R fan is spinning correctly after I install it?

Power on the server and check the BIOS hardware monitor or iDRAC interface; both will report the fan RPM for the H894R unit once it is seated and connected.
