A heatsink cooler for NVLink V100 and P100 SXM2 GPU cards in 3U and 4U servers
This radiator is built for NVLink V100 and P100 graphics operation cards using the SXM2 form factor. It fits 3U and 4U server chassis where these accelerator cards are deployed. The part targets system integrators and data-centre operators who maintain or upgrade existing GPU compute nodes. It serves as a direct replacement cooler for the specified hardware.
Under continuous load the heatsink transfers heat from the GPU package into the chassis airflow path without active fan assistance on the cooler itself. Its fin structure is sized for the thermal design power of the V100 and P100 SXM2 modules during prolonged training or inference runs. The assembly relies on the server’s own high-volume fans to maintain stable temperatures over hours of operation. It is not suited for workstations or single-GPU towers that lack directed front-to-rear airflow.

The radiator is a passive cooler designed for NVLink V100, P100 and SXM2 GPU cards in 3U and 4U chassis, so it adds no fan noise and simply dissipates the card's own heat.
You need an NVLink V100, P100 or SXM2 graphics operation card installed in a 3U or 4U server chassis that accepts this radiator form factor.
