Dell R610 copper heatsink

This copper-base heatsink carries the CN-0GITJH part number and is built for the Dell PowerEdge R610 server. It mounts directly onto the CPU socket to draw heat away from the processor die. The copper bottom provides a high-conductivity interface for thermal transfer in a 1U rack chassis.

Supplied as a standalone cooler

The unit ships without mounting hardware, thermal compound or a retention bracket. Installers must reuse the original R610 retention parts or source compatible replacements separately. No fan assembly or shroud is included, so the server’s existing airflow path must handle dissipation.
