What the set includes

The Ryaco R917 set contains two gel exercise balls, one soft green and one firm grey. Each sphere measures 2.3 inches across and weighs 0.25 kilograms together. The tear-resistant gel core keeps its shape through repeated squeezing.

Suits daily rehab, not heavy loading

Adults recovering from injury or managing arthritis will find the medium resistance useful for gentle mobility work. People who want progressive overload or measurable resistance steps should look at adjustable devices instead.

Diameter decides fit and resistance

At 2.3 inches or 5.8 centimetres the ball fills an average adult palm without stretching the fingers. That fixed size determines both comfort and the force needed to compress the gel.

Questions about this item

Will the gel core or fabric cover need replacing after heavy daily squeezing?

The tear-resistant gel core and non-stick fabric are built to retain shape and feel through repeated use, so no scheduled replacement is required.

What stops me from squeezing the harder grey ball indefinitely during a long session?

The grey ball provides medium tension; fatigue in your hand muscles will be the limiting factor rather than the ball itself.

Do the balls get warm or slippery when used continuously for hours?

The gel material stays at room temperature and the non-stick fabric surface resists moisture, keeping grip consistent during extended use.
