2TB Thunderbolt 5 Portable SSD

The Sabrent Rocket XTRM 5 provides 2TB of portable storage with an 80Gbps Thunderbolt 5 connection and up to 64Gbps transfer speed. It targets content creators and power users who move large media libraries between workstations. Buyers who need more storage than 2TB will need a higher-capacity drive.

Rugged Aluminum and Silicone Build

An aluminum body handles heat dissipation during sustained transfers while a silicone sleeve adds drop protection for field use. The compact 4.13 in by 1.77 in by .57 in form factor weighs 3.35 ounces and fits in a small bag pocket. No external power adapter is required because the drive is bus-powered.

Included Thunderbolt Cable

A premium Thunderbolt cable ships in the box so the drive works at full speed immediately without a separate purchase. Plug-and-play operation means no driver installation on supported hosts. Users without a Thunderbolt 5 port will fall back to Thunderbolt 4, Thunderbolt 3, USB4 or USB 3.2 speeds of 40, 20, 10 or 5 Gbps.
