Mesh Desk Organizer Layout

The Safco 3265BL mesh desk organizer provides one vertical compartment for file folders and binders alongside three horizontal sliding trays sized for letter documents. Durable steel mesh construction supports daily office use. The unit measures 16 inches wide by 9 inches deep by 8 inches high and comes in black. Greenguard certification confirms low chemical emissions for indoor spaces.

Upgrade From Cluttered Desktop

This organizer replaces loose paper stacks and mismatched trays by consolidating active files into a single footprint. The vertical section keeps binders upright while sliding trays separate inbound, outbound and reference documents. The bottom tray can be removed to accept a compatible mesh drawer insert sold separately. The jump is worth it when a desktop currently has no dedicated letter-size sorting system.

Suits Letter-Size Paper Workflows

Professionals who handle letter-size paperwork daily gain immediate access to sorted documents without leaving their chair. The compact footprint fits standard desks and the mesh design resists wear from frequent sliding. Buyers who need legal-size capacity or multiple vertical compartments should look at larger filing cabinets instead. Anyone requiring lockable storage will need a different solution.

Questions about this item

Will the 17.3-inch wide organizer fit my desktop space?

The unit measures 17.3 inches wide, 9 inches deep and 8 inches high; measure your desk surface to confirm it sits flat with room for documents to slide in and out.

How do I assemble the three sliding trays and the vertical compartment?

The organizer arrives fully assembled; simply place it on the desk, then slide each tray to test smooth operation — the common error is forcing a tray before checking alignment.

When should I replace the bottom tray or add the matching drawer insert?

Replace the bottom tray if the mesh warps or the slides bind; the tray is removable so you can swap in the Safco Onyx Mesh Drawer Organizer (sold separately) for smaller items.
