Desktop organiser with six compartments

The Safco 9431BL is a desktop literature sorter that provides six horizontal pockets for letters, invoices or project files. Its compact footprint suits home offices, reception desks or shared workstations where paperwork needs quick access without a large cabinet.

Steel mesh build with stackable clips

The unit is formed from black steel mesh that resists bending under daily loads. Connector clips are included so two sorters can be stacked vertically, doubling capacity while keeping the same desk footprint and allowing the compartments to align cleanly.

Open mesh aids airflow and stability

The mesh construction lets air circulate through stored documents, reducing moisture build-up in humid environments. With a low centre of gravity and a weight distributed across the 10.25 by 12.75 inch base, the sorter remains steady when compartments are filled or when a second unit is stacked on top.

Questions about this item

What does the 1.75" pocket height limit for document thickness?

Each of the six horizontal pockets accepts stacks up to 1.75 inches thick, so standard letter-size folders and pamphlets fit without bending.

Will the 10.25" width and 12.75" depth fit my desk shelf?

The unit measures 10.25 inches wide by 12.75 inches deep, so compare those dimensions to your available surface before ordering.

How do I stack two sorters using the included connector clips?

Align the second unit on top, insert the supplied clips into the side channels, and press firmly until they lock — skipping the clips leaves the stack unstable.
