Interior Self-Leveling Underlayment

Sakrete 120035 is a polymer-modified Portland cement compound that flows into a flat surface for interior floors. It is suited for contractors and DIY renovators preparing substrates before finished flooring. The gray material accepts ceramic tile, stone, carpet, VCT and wood coverings. It can also encapsulate radiant heating installations.

Single-Pour Depth Limit

The product self-levels up to 1 inch thick in one pour; deeper fills require multiple applications with drying time between layers. It must be placed over properly prepared concrete or plywood substrates. The mixture is not designed as a direct wearing surface, so a finish floor is always required. Free shipping applies on orders of 75 or more.

Not a Finished Floor
