Sustainable Office Binder

The Samsill EarthChoice Durable View Binder is a three-ring binder built with USDA certified biobased materials. Its cover uses up to 25 percent plant-based renewable plastic and the chipboard contains a minimum of 98 percent post-consumer content. This 3in capacity binder holds up to 550 sheets of three-hole punched paper. Two clear horizontal inside pockets add extra storage for loose documents.

Compatibility Check

Verify that your documents are standard 8-1/2 by 11 inch three-hole punched sheets before ordering. The three-ring mechanism must match your existing filing system for proper alignment. Ensure the 3in spine width fits the shelf or storage space you have allocated. The clear overlay surfaces accept printed inserts for custom covers and spine labels.

Upgrade Context

This binder replaces standard vinyl or non-certified binders when sustainability credentials are required. The jump is worth it for offices tracking USDA biobased purchasing goals or teams needing 59 percent biobased content verified by ASTM D-6866 testing. It is not suited for users who need a smaller capacity ring size or a binder without overlay customization.
