For Verizon users wanting 5G on a budget

This handset suits buyers locked to Verizon who need 5G access and a large display. It is not for shoppers who require an unlocked device, dual SIM support, or water resistance. Buyers who want more storage or a different carrier should look elsewhere.

Carrier-locked Verizon model

The device is locked to Verizon and will not activate on other networks. A USB cable is included while a wall charger and headset are not. The 5000 mAh battery and microSD slot up to 1 TB complete the core specification.

Questions about this item

Does the 6.5 inch screen need a specific case cutout for the front camera?

The display measures 6.5 inches with a 1080 x 2400 resolution; choose a case made for the SM-A156V to align with the centred punch-hole camera.

What is the correct way to insert the nano-SIM tray so the single line activates on Verizon?

Use the ejector pin to open the tray, place the nano-SIM with contacts facing down and the angled corner matching the tray shape, then push the tray fully flush before powering on.

When should the 5000 mAh lithium-ion battery be replaced?

Expect a noticeable runtime drop after roughly 500 full charge cycles; a technician can swap the sealed cell once the phone no longer holds a day's charge.
