SANGOMA H20 Monaural DECT Headset

The SANGOMA H20 is a monaural DECT headset built for office professionals who need hands-free communication. It connects wirelessly to a compatible base station, letting users move around while staying on a call. The single-ear design keeps the other ear open for ambient awareness in busy environments.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

As a wireless headset, the H20 draws minimal power from its rechargeable battery during normal talk time. The lightweight earpiece and headband generate no noticeable heat against the skin. Operation is silent, with no fan or moving parts to create background noise during conversations.

Behaviour Under Sustained Load

During extended shifts the battery supports long talk and standby periods without requiring a mid-day recharge. The DECT link maintains a stable connection across typical office distances. Comfort remains consistent thanks to the adjustable headband and cushioned ear pad, reducing fatigue over hours of continuous wear.

Questions about this item

How do I pair the H20 headset with its DECT base station, and what step do people often miss?

Charge the headset fully, then press the subscription button on the base until the LED flashes and hold the headset call button until both LEDs turn solid; the step most users skip is waiting for the double confirmation before releasing the buttons.

Which parts of the H20 will wear out first and need replacement?

The ear cushion and headband padding compress over time, and the internal lithium-ion battery loses capacity after repeated charge cycles; both are user-replaceable.

What limit appears first during a long call on the H20?

The headset delivers up to 20 hours of talk time, so battery depletion is the first constraint you will hit on a continuous call.
