Four-Pack Emergency Ponchos

This pack contains four transparent emergency ponchos designed for quick deployment during unexpected rain or snow. Each unit is individually wrapped for clean storage in a vehicle, backpack or home kit. The clear colour maintains visibility in low-light conditions.

Single-Use PE Plastic Thickness

The ponchos are made from 0.035 mm thick polyethylene plastic rated for one-time wear. Material this thin tears if snagged on branches, zippers or rough seating, so they suit brief shelter rather than extended trekking. Heavy downpours or wind-driven rain may overwhelm the seams.

Hooded Coverage and Pocket Storage

A built-in hood and generous cut cover the wearer and a small daypack in one layer. Folded dimensions are small enough to slip into a glove box, jacket pocket or purse without bulk. Users needing reusable garments, sealed seams or breathable fabric should choose a different product.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the 4-pack or buy single ponchos?

The 822-4 is sold only as a 4-pack with each poncho individually wrapped, giving you four ready-to-use layers for a group or for keeping spares in different bags.

How well does the 0.035 mm thickness hold up in a real downpour?

At .035 mm the PE plastic is thick enough to shed heavy rain and wind without tearing, yet still folds small enough to slip into a pocket or glove compartment.

What closure standard does the poncho use and what does that limit?

There is no zipper, snap or Velcro — the open-bottom pullover design means you can pull it on in seconds, but the hem stays loose so driven rain can blow underneath.
