Ready-to-install RG-6/U coaxial cable

The SatelliteSale RG-6/U cable is a 25 ft black coaxial lead fitted with male-to-male F-type connectors at both ends. It is built for indoor or outdoor runs that carry off-air antenna, cable-TV or satellite signals between a wall outlet and a television, modem, receiver or dish.

Check your wall plate and device ports

Verify that both endpoints use female F-type threads so the supplied male connectors screw on directly. Confirm the 25 ft length reaches your intended route without excess slack and that the round 18 AWG profile fits any clips or conduit you plan to use. Ensure the connected equipment accepts a 75 ohm impedance feed.

Replaces worn or shorter RG-6 runs

The triple-shielded construction with copper conductor, aluminium foil and steel braid upgrades older single-shield leads that suffer signal loss or water ingress. The waterproof connector seals and UV-resistant PVC jacket make the jump worthwhile when the existing cable is damaged, too short or rated only for indoor use.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box with the 25 ft RG-6/U cable and do I need to buy anything extra?

The cable arrives with two male F-type connectors already fitted on the 25 ft black jacket; no separate connectors or tools are required for a standard installation.

Which version of the RG-6/U cable should I choose for an outdoor satellite run?

The 25 ft black model is built with a PVC jacket, triple shielding and waterproof F-type seals rated for direct burial, making it the correct choice for outdoor satellite or antenna feeds.

What does the 3 GHz / 1 Gbps rating mean when the cable is connected to my modem and TV?

It indicates the cable can carry satellite, cable-TV and broadband signals up to 3 GHz with enough bandwidth for 1 Gbps internet and 1080i video without excess loss.
