Saunders Letter Clipboard Silver

The Saunders portable storage clipboard is a silver aluminium board designed for letter-size documents. A high-capacity clip holds up to one inch of paper while the internal compartment adds one and a half inches of storage depth. It suits professionals who need a rigid writing surface and secure document transport in one lightweight unit.

Letter Storage Upgrade

This clipboard replaces a standard flat board that offers no built-in storage for loose sheets or forms. The jump is worthwhile when you regularly carry reference pages, completed forms or a notepad alongside the active page. It is not for users who only need a simple clip-and-write surface without bulk.

Capacity And Headroom

The board accommodates 8.5 by 11 inch sheets and the clip secures stacks up to one inch thick. The top-opening compartment holds additional documents up to one and a half inches deep. It runs out when the combined load exceeds the clip capacity or when the storage section cannot accept thicker bound materials.

Questions about this item

How much desk space does the 14-3/16 inch high aluminum clipboard need when standing upright?

The clipboard measures 14-3/16 inches tall, 9 inches wide and 1-1/2 inches deep, so it occupies a footprint of roughly 9 by 1-1/2 inches on a desk or shelf.

Which way does the storage compartment open and how do you load papers without jamming the high-capacity clip?

The storage opening is on the top edge; lift the clip fully, slide sheets in from the top, then press the clip down to secure up to 1 inch of paper.

Will the silver aluminum surface or the clip mechanism need any lubrication or parts replacement over time?

The all-aluminum body and integrated high-capacity clip have no moving parts that require lubrication or scheduled replacement under normal office use.
