Emergency Document Organizer

The Saunders SlimMate Show2Know is a letter-size storage clipboard designed for workplaces that need critical paperwork protected and instantly visible during evacuations or drills. Its red and green colour scheme acts as a visual signal for warning or all-clear status while the low-profile clip keeps rosters and plans secure.

Storage and Clip Limits

The internal compartment accepts up to .75 inches of material so disaster plans and evacuation routes stay flat and dry. The external clip grips a maximum of .5 inches of paper which suits attendance lists but not thick manuals or bulky binders.

Upgrade From Loose Folders

This replaces loose sheets or basic clipboards that offer no enclosed storage or colour-coded signalling. The jump is worth it when a single grab-and-go board must hold both reference documents and active checklists for 11 x 11 3/4 inch sheets.
