SAVAGE Widetone Seamless Background Paper 53" x 12yds #31 Blue Jay

Seamless Paper for Studio Photography

The Savage Widetone roll delivers a 53-inch wide, 36-foot long non-reflecting surface in Blue Jay #31. Its fine-toothed texture prevents glare and keeps colour true under studio lights. Photographers and videographers gain a clean, continuous backdrop that works for portraits, product shots and video interviews. The seamless design removes distracting joins across the full width.

Capacity and Headroom

At 36 feet long the roll covers extended sessions and full-length subjects without splicing. The 53-inch width handles individual portraits and small-group arrangements comfortably. Wider group setups or cyclorama curves will exceed the paper edge and need a broader roll. Very long productions eventually consume the roll and require a replacement.

Practical Limits of Paper Backdrops

Paper creases if folded and tears under heavy foot traffic, so it suits suspended or lightly walked-on use only. Moisture and humidity can warp the surface, limiting outdoor or damp-location work. The roll diameter demands a sturdy background stand and sufficient ceiling height for full deployment. Storage space must accommodate the 53-inch width when not in use.
