Heavy-duty tape for secure shipping

This Scotch 02878 packaging tape is built for heavy tasks and meets US Postal Service regulations for standard packages. It unwinds smoothly, resists splitting and adheres instantly to overstuffed cartons. The clear film backing provides strong holding power for reliable sealing. Supplied as a pack of three rolls.

Check dispenser width and roll length match

Each roll is 2 by 800 inches, so confirm your dispenser accepts this width and length before ordering. The tape is designed not to fall back on the roll during use, but the dispenser must accommodate the specified dimensions. No other tools or surface preparation are mentioned in the specifications.

Strong film backing and made in USA construction

The tape uses Scotch brand's strongest clear-to-the-core film for consistent adhesion across the whole roll. Manufacturing in the USA supports the stated durability and split resistance. The dispenser feature keeps the tape end accessible, reducing waste and frustration during repetitive sealing tasks.
