The Grove High Precision Barometric Pressure Sensor uses the Infineon DPS310 to measure pressure from 300 to 1200 hPa and temperature from -40 to 85 °C. It delivers ±0.002 hPa precision and ±0.06 hPa relative accuracy for fine altitude resolution. The module suits makers building weather stations, drone altimeters or indoor navigation prototypes.

Sustained low-power operation at 1 Hz sampling

Continuous pressure reads draw 1.7 µA and temperature reads 1.5 µA at 1 Hz, with standby at 0.5 µA. This lets battery-powered loggers run for extended periods without thermal drift or voltage sag. The sensor maintains its stated precision across the full temperature range during long deployments.

Verify 3.3 V or 5 V I²C bus and Grove connector

Your host must provide a 3.3 V or 5 V I²C bus with a Grove socket or compatible header. No SPI pins are broken out on the Grove port, so SPI-only hosts cannot use the plug-and-play connector. Confirm your firmware library supports the DPS310 register map before ordering.
