Direct Thermal Labels for Seiko Printers

These 520 model labels measure 1-1/2 by 3-1/2 inches and arrive on rolls of 260 rectangles. They use direct thermal technology so no ink ribbon is required. The rolls work with Seiko 450, 440, 430, 420 and 200 series label printers. They are manufactured in the United States and are not recycled.

No Ribbon Needed Changes Daily Use

Direct thermal printing removes the cost and storage of ribbons. Each roll delivers 260 labels ready for immediate printing. Compatibility across five Seiko series means the same stock fits multiple devices in a workspace. The absence of recycled content keeps the print surface consistent for barcode clarity.

Rectangle Rolls Built for Office Printers

The 520 label format feeds cleanly through supported Seiko desktop units. A 260-count roll reduces reload frequency during batch jobs. Rectangular shape suits standard address and shipping layouts. United States origin indicates domestic production standards for adhesive reliability.

Questions about this item

When will the roll need replacing?

Each roll contains 260 labels, so replacement is needed once those are printed.

Which printer series limits how long I can print without reloading?

Compatible 200, 420, 430, 440 and 450 series printers all use the same 260-label roll capacity.

Does the direct thermal material fade or darken if the printer runs continuously?

Direct thermal labels can darken with prolonged heat exposure, so extended continuous printing may affect legibility over time.
