Purpose and audience

The Thermo-Serv Push-Button Server is a 20 oz carafe built for serving hot coffee and water. Its double-wall foam insulation keeps beverages at the perfect temperature for two to three hours. The BPA-free ABS plastic shell suits commercial kitchens, catering events, and self-service stations. Staff appreciate the quick quarter-turn lid installation during busy service periods.

Sustained-load behaviour

Double-wall foam insulation maintains serving temperature for two to three hours under continuous use. The sonic welded seams create an ultra-smooth body that resists leakage during repeated pouring cycles. The safety push-button lid operates reliably through high-volume service without sticking. Metallic flakes in the black finish retain their appearance through repeated washing and handling.

Compatibility checklist

Verify the 20 oz capacity matches your per-table or per-station serving requirements. Confirm the transparent gray colour aligns with your existing beverage service presentation. Ensure dishwasher-safe cleaning fits your kitchen sanitation workflow. Note that buyers needing larger individual servings or a different insulation duration should consider alternative vessels.

Questions about this item

How long will the 20 oz Thermo-Serv server keep coffee hot during a busy service?

The double-wall foam insulation holds coffee or water at serving temperature for 2-3 hours, so it stays hot through a full morning rush.

Does the push-button lid fit my existing Service Ideas carafes or do I need a specific base?

The lid installs with a quick quarter-turn on this server only; it is not interchangeable with other carafe models.

Can I run the gray ABS shell through a commercial dishwasher alongside older stainless steel servers?

Yes, the BPA-free plastic body is dishwasher safe and the sonic-welded seams prevent water ingress during heavy wash cycles.
