A bright 10,000-lumen LCD projector with 1920 x 1200 native resolution and 3,000,000:1 contrast for large home-theatre images
The Sharp XP-A104U-B is a new LCD home theater projector with a native resolution of 1920 x 1200. It delivers 10,000 lumens brightness and a 3,000,000:1 contrast ratio. The unit supports 4:3, 16:9 and 21:9 aspect ratios. Manual keystone correction covers horizontal and vertical shifts up to 40 degrees.
Your source must provide HDMI 2.0 signals for the two video inputs. Audio output uses a single 3.5 mm jack for external speakers or amplifiers. Network control requires an RJ45 connection and RS-232 uses a DE-9 port. The projector accepts 100 to 240 VAC at 50/60 Hz and draws up to 750 W. Compatible lenses include models with focal lengths from 6.27 mm to 116.5 mm and f-numbers between 1.7 and 2.6.
This projector suits venues that need 10,000 lumens and interchangeable lenses for varying throw distances. It is not for buyers who want built-in speakers or wireless streaming. It is not for setups that require motorised lens shift or automatic keystone correction. It is not for portable use given its 53 weight and 23.6 x 8.5 x 19.3 dimensions.

The projector body is sold without a lens; you must purchase one of the compatible lenses such as the XP-40ZL, XP-41ZL, XP-43ZL, XP-44ML-02LK or XP-50ZL to suit your throw distance.
For short-throw setups the XP-44ML-02LK with its 6.27 mm fixed focal length is designed, while the XP-50ZL covers long throws with a 76.6 to 116.5 mm zoom range.
At 10,000 lumens the image stays bright and colour-accurate even with lights on or daylight coming through windows, so you can watch without blackout curtains.
