Everyday users who want drop protection

Commuters, students and gym-goers who toss their buds into bags or clip them to a belt loop will appreciate the included carabiner. Buyers who need waterproof sealing or a built-in battery should look elsewhere.

Shields the original case only

The cover adds a slim layer of impact resistance around the factory charging case and keeps the Lightning port accessible. It does not store extra ear tips, cables or a power bank.

Questions about this item

Do I need to own the Apple AirPods 3 (2021) model for this case to fit?

Yes, the case is moulded specifically for the 2021 AirPods 3 charging case, so it will not fit other AirPods generations or competing earbuds.

Will the case interfere with the charging port on my existing AirPods 3 case?

A precise cutout aligns with the Lightning port, allowing the cable to plug in fully without removing the ShellBox cover.

How can I confirm the case is protecting the AirPods properly after I snap it on?

The cover should sit flush with no gaps, the charging-port cutout must line up exactly, and the carabiner loop should rotate freely without catching.
